Join us for a memorable event for all ages at the annual community celebration hosted by Brown’s Creek Watershed District and Bird City Stillwater, a workgroup of Sustainable Stillwater MN. Bird City Stillwater has organized a variety of engaging activities for all ages. At 11:00 AM, you can witness an exciting raptor show that will captivate audiences of all ages. Learn how to prevent bird-window collisions, an important step in protecting our feathered friends. Discover the impact of light pollution on birds and what we can do to mitigate it. Explore the efforts being made to restore bird habitats and get involved in the process. The 2024 World Migratory Bird Day theme focuses on birds and insects, offering fascinating insights into their interactions. Gain expert knowledge from our esteemed birder, George, who will share his extensive experience and insights. Children will have a blast at the Kids Corner with fun bird-themed activities designed just for them.
