With over two decades of experience in leadership and strategic planning, Erin has built and led cross-functional teams to drive impactful results in service delivery, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Since joining the American Red Cross in 2008, she has taken on multiple roles across the organization, gaining expertise in project management, change management, operations, and fundraising. She currently serves as the Executive over Business Planning & Program Management for Biomedical Services, where she oversees strategic planning, the Project Management Office (PMO), and acts as the Chief of Staff to the President of Biomedical Services.

Erin’s dedication to making a difference extends beyond her professional life. She holds an undergraduate degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Capella University. As a Stillwater resident, she and her two teenage children care for a small zoo of rescued pets and continuously work to improve their eco-footprint.

Beyond her work in leadership and sustainability, Erin is a classically trained singer who actively volunteers in choirs and mentors youth in music. In December 2024, she directed her first children’s musical and is eagerly anticipating her next directorial endeavor this year.

We are excited to have Erin’s expertise and passion on our Board as we continue working toward a greener, more resilient Stillwater. Please join us in giving Erin a warm welcome!
